Telephone Services
Voice and audio-information telecommunication services with a bandwidth of 3,1 kHz to support the fixed telephone service and the facsimile Group III, according to the recommendations ITU-T of «T Series», and data transmission in the vocal band via modems with a bit rate of at least 2400 bit/s, according to the recommendations ITU-T «V Series».

Traffic
The rate of occupation of a network element at any given time (per time unit).

Traffic Volume
It is the total occupancy, during any given time, of a circuit or a set of network elements

Tariffs
A list of prices for the telecommunication services offered by a Public Telecommunications Operator (PTO) for the purpose of informing its clients and the public in general.

Televoting
A service that allows the user to perform opinion studies, market research and voting by telephone, making it possible to obtain results in real-time.

Telex
A low bit rate binary service for sending text messages, it is a public service for transmission of documents with a limited set of alpha-numeric characters at a low transfer speed. The equipment is used for transmission of written messages at not more than 300 bit/s.

Terminal, Terminal Equipment

The possibility offered to the subscriber of a given telecommunications network to get services made available by a provider from another network.

Traffic Resell
System by which an operator routes the traffic from a network to which it is interconnected, to another one to which it is also interconnected, charging a fee which covers termination and transit.

Automatic telephone exchange used to carry out switching between exchanges.
